Terms & Conditions

What To Expect

For in-person appointments, you will receive a confirmation notice that includes my office address once I receive your scheduling request and deposit. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early or late. I typically have back to back appointments. For phone readings, I will call you at your appointed time. I do not allow recordings but encourage you to take notes. 

I will call or text you one day prior to confirm your appointment day and time. I will also then give personalized instructions on how to prepare for your session.

Please do your best to ground yourself and clear any negative energy before your session. I don't confirm what other psychics say or have told you, so please do not ask. No negative/skeptical attitudes. Be prepared to talk and answer questions.

My books are for sale after your reading which can be paid for by credit card or cash.


Payments

I accept major credit cards, cash, or cashier's checks for all services. I do not accept American Express or Pay Pal. All appointments require a prepaid, non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel, another time slot will be arranged for your appointment. I use Square, one of the most secure ways to transfer payments online. You do not need a Square account to use the platform. Please use online booking to schedule an appointment unless you are interested in a Group Session/Party or Family Memorial Group reading.


Sit-in Notice

There is an additional $50 sit-in charge for any additional person who comes along with a person who is having a reading. The person who is sitting in should not participate in the reading by speaking or asking questions. There is an exception to this policy for medium readings where family members are contacting a deceased relative. Alternatively, two people may purchase their own reading, which is recommended. Please do not bring children/infants or pets. You may bring one licensed, trained dog companion. Recordings are not allowed.


Free/Sample Readings

I do not give free or sample readings. If you are drawn to me, please schedule a session.


Refund Policy

I am here to relay messages from your psychic energy, spirit guides, and passed on loved ones that will help sort out emotions, thoughts, and experiences; to be your confidante, trusted psychic medium, and life guide. Not simply to tell your fortune, tell you what you want to hear, fill your head with fantasies, or give you false hope. The goal of my work is to give clarity, peace of mind, and facilitate emotional well-being. Therefore, I do not offer refunds. Please understand the nature of the service, and remove your expectations and ground/clear your energy before the reading. All appointments require a prepaid, nonrefundable deposit.
